Barramundi Salt and Pepper Fry


200g Muhudu Modha
1 Lime
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil


Step 1
Squeeze the lime into a bowl & add Salt & Pepper. Mix it well and place the skinless Barramundi piece & let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Heat the pan and pour the Olive oil and let it heat. Once the pan is heated place the Barramundi piece and fry it 2-3 minutes on each side.
It’s that simple and you can serve this with some rice or vegetables.
