Paul Bocuse the Iconic figure whose cuisine has set new standards and a person who is highly respected in the culinary world, In January 1987 created a groundbreaking cooking contest for youthful chefs, to offer a special opportunity to illustrate their aptitudes, promoting them a huge springboard for their careers. Since then, the competition has set the stage in many realms where it has gifted many culinary specialists to the world whilst providing an equal opportunity to many.

After months of tough work, world-class preparing and nail-biting prospects, the group that will carry the flavors of Sri Lanka with world-shattering and authentic culinary masterpieces at the world’s most prestigious culinary competition was chosen at the local competition.
